Bill Chang
Co-Founder

Career: Bill has a background developing web applications for Fortune 500 companies while working for Accenture. He also spent time working in the banking industry working on decisioning software while working for provenir.


Education: Bill is currently a student at Northwestern University School of Law where he is a candidate for Juris Doctor (JD) in 2006. He received a B.A. in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Mike Clifford
Co-Founder

Career: Mike has diverse experience with a background including business and technology. Most recently he was a trading analyst for BP North America in Houston. He specialized in natural gas and power marketing and origination, as well as quantitative and fundamental analysis. Previously, he worked for Enron as a Global Technology Analyst, working on online trading platforms.


Education: Mike is currently a student at Northwestern University School of Law where he is a candidate for Juris Doctor (JD) in 2006. He received a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Rice University in Houston.

Gabe Greenbaum
Co-Founder

Career: Gabe has been involved in business and corporate structurings throughout his career. He began his career in 2000 at ABN-Amro Bank in Chicago, focusing on Project Finance and Corporate Finance advisory work, both within the Energy Sector.

Education: As a student at Northwestern University, Gabe is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration (JD-MBA) Candidacy from Northwestern's School of Law and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He received his B.A. with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was the President of his graduating class.

Jonathan (JJ) Ofer
Co-Founder

Career: JJ’s business background has taken him to multiple countries and industries. JJ has worked for Miller Global’s Real Estate Development business in Denver, TPM’s Tanker Shipping business in Singapore, Monitor Company’s Strategy Consulting group in London, and most recently for EGI’s Private Equity group in Chicago.

Education: As a student at Northwestern University, JJ is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Association (JD-MBA) Candidacy from Northwestern's School of Law and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.

Kent Schoen
Associate

Career:


Education: Kent is currently a student at Northwestern University School of Law where he is a candidate for Juris Doctor (JD) in 2007. He has his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconson.

Paul Danielson
Associate

Career: Paul has worked extensively as the Vice President of a non-profit organization he co-founded. He was responsible for grant-writing, and creating multimedia content for presentations, workshops, and advertising. He also spent time as an assistant to a professional organizer.


Education: Paul is currently a student at Northwestern University School of Law where he is a candidate for Juris Doctor (JD) in 2007.  He received a B.A. with Honors in Communication (rhetorical emphasis) and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Puget Sound in 2002.
